CARMA is proud to welcome Zen Heart Horsemanship as a first-time aftercare grant recipient! Founded in 2022 by women of color and inspired by the legendary racehorse Zenyatta, Zen Heart is dedicated to nurturing the unique journeys of both horses and humans. Through a holistic approach that includes equine therapy, competitive show jumping, outdoor education, and horseback riding, they empower individuals and retired racehorses alike to grow, heal, and thrive.
